ASafe Global Continue to Deliver Results For Our Clients In Sweden

ASafe Global’s Lidia Craciun secures the contractor of the month for two consecutive months on one of ASafe Global’s projects in Sweden.

This recognition highlights Lidia’s exceptional contribution to on-site quality, environmental, health, and safety (QEHS) performance, and her dedication to supporting both ASafe Global and its long-standing client during a critical phase of the project. ASafe Global is currently supporting a major HVAC installation and commissioning project for a valued client in Sweden, a partnership that reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering high standards of QEHS oversight across complex, technical environments. Lidia, a full-time QEHS site representative for ASafe Global, has played an instrumental role in ensuring the day-to-day safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of the works on site.

“Lidia’s recognition is a direct reflection of her proactive attitude, attention to detail, and unwavering professionalism,” said Aaron O’Halloran, COO at ASafe Global. “Being named Contractor of the Month is a significant achievement – but doing it back-to-back shows the level of trust, respect, and impact she has consistently brought to the team on site.”

The Contractor of the Month award is based on key performance indicators such as safety leadership, adherence to site rules, quality of work, and contribution to a positive safety culture. Lidia not only met but exceeded these expectations by maintaining clear communication with contractors, leading toolbox talks, supporting incident prevention, and fostering a collaborative environment across all levels of the project team.

As part of the wider ASafe Global service offering on this project, the company has embedded a dedicated QEHS presence to monitor compliance, manage audits, report progress, and support the client’s commissioning milestones. With experience across the data centre, construction, and energy sectors, ASafe Global continues to strengthen its reputation as a trusted QEHS partner, providing tailored, site-based support that enables clients to stay on schedule, remain compliant, and prioritise the safety of every individual on site.

“Being recognised two months in a row is an honour, and I’m incredibly grateful to both ASafe Global and the client for the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to this project,” said Lidia Craciun. “The work we’re doing is important and it’s rewarding to be part of a team that values safety, quality, and collaboration every step of the way.”

With projects like this one in Sweden, ASafe Global continues to deliver measurable value through hands-on, on-site QEHS management, ensuring that even the most technical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
