We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the original shipment delivery date.
- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on our website or are listed in point 5.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@asafeglobal.com to request a return authorization.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of authorization being issued. Any returns after this 14-day may not be accepted by the seller.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
3. Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
- Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 working business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchange: If you requested an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as non-returnable on our website for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards, downloadable services/products or some healthcare items
- Opened first aid kit equipment
- Used masks/ear plugs
- Multi-pack items with missing items not returned to seller
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
