Overview
ASafe Global partnered with Atkins to provide comprehensive EHS management for the construction of AWS’s new distribution center in Dublin. Acting as the client-side EHS advisor, ASafe Global ensured safety, compliance, and proactive risk management throughout the construction process. This large-scale project required meticulous safety coordination across multiple teams, where ASafe Global’s role was crucial in upholding high safety standards and maintaining a productive yet incident-free environment.

- Focused Safety Observations
ASafe Global conducted 104 safety observations, providing real-time feedback to contractors and project managers. Each observation captured potential hazards and was followed up with actionable insights, promoting a proactive approach to site safety. - Routine EHS Inspections
Over the course of the project, 33 EHS inspections were conducted. These inspections served as checkpoints, ensuring compliance at each stage and quickly addressing any safety deviations. By maintaining this rigorous inspection schedule, ASafe Global helped Atkins and AWS keep the project on track and within regulatory standards. - Toolbox Talks to Reinforce Safe Practices
Conducting 38 toolbox talks, ASafe Global engaged directly with on-site teams, creating a steady flow of safety information. These sessions were integral to embedding a safety-first mindset among all personnel, reinforcing critical practices for each day’s operations. - Comprehensive Contractor Safety Coordination
ASafe Global’s client-side role included aligning safety procedures across multiple contractors. By fostering open communication and ensuring consistent adherence to safety policies, ASafe Global helped maintain a unified safety approach on-site, crucial for such a large-scale build.
