THE DETAILS:

THE ROLE:

Perform daily inspections on site to monitor construction activities and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Support the QA/QC Engineer in the implementation of quality plans, checklists, and procedures.
Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with the required standards and certifications.
Witness and document testing activities for concrete, steel, HVAC, piping, and electrical systems.
Identify and report non-conformances, assist in root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and timely QA/QC records, including inspection reports, NCRs, and quality logs.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure proper quality control documentation.
Support final inspections and contribute to handover packages and close-out documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Technical diploma or certification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years of QA/QC inspection experience, ideally within semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial construction.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ITPs, material approvals, and QA/QC documentation standards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and identify issues early.
Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
Must be eligible to work and be available on-site in Dresden, Germany for the project duration.
