• Audit, Corrective Actions, and Documentation, Regular Inspections
• Development of Emergency Response Plans and drills for Evaluation of Effectiveness
• Active Participation in HSE Committees and Regulatory Engagement

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Germany-based with a strong construction background required, emphasizing HSE expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science or Related Field
• Minimum 7 Years of HSE Experience preferably in Data Centre, Oil & Gas, and Construction Industries
• In-depth understanding of Local, State, and Federal HSE Regulations and proven Track Record in Developing and Implementing HSE Programs, Policies, and Procedures
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, people management abilities, and proficiency in conducting thorough incident investigations.
• Certification: Certified Safety Professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or Equivalent along with proficiency in German is an advantage.
